Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) - Trumansburg, NY

Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic telemetry nursing environment. This bedside role is ideal for registered nurses with a passion for monitoring and supporting individuals with cardiac and acute medical needs.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Prior experience in Telemetry or Progressive Care nursing
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
• Strong bedside assessment and monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate care to patients on the telemetry unit
• Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in cardiac rhythms
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in Epic
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, recovery expectations, and safety
• Follow all hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines
