Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting telemetry rhythms and identifying critical changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in fast-paced settings

Schedule & Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing patient assessments, including continuous cardiac monitoring and vital signs evaluation
  • Recognize, respond, and escalate changes in cardiac rhythms or patient conditions
  • Implement evidence-based nursing interventions as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and revise patient care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac conditions, medications, and health management
  • Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Participate in handoffs and contribute to quality improvement efforts
