Deliver essential care as a Registered Nurse on the Telemetry unit, providing critical support to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and continuous observation. Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a telemetry unit
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in the use of cardiac monitoring equipment and interpreting telemetry rhythms

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document cardiac and vital signs for patients with acute or chronic cardiac conditions
• Respond promptly to cardiac changes, initiate appropriate interventions, and escalate care as indicated
• Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies, maintaining accurate medication records
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and continuously update treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
