Required Skills and Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated proficiency working in Telemetry units
• Comprehensive understanding of cardiac rhythms and telemetry interpretation
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Deliver direct, compassionate patient care, including ongoing assessments, medication administration, and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff to create and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and post-discharge care
• Accurately document observations, treatments, and patient responses in electronic health records
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and best practices to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
