Most Beautiful Hospital 2025 Contest Official Rules

1. SPONSOR: Soliant Health, LLC. (“Soliant”) is the sponsor of this contest. The Most Beautiful Hospital 2025 Contest (the “Contest”) is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Facebook” and/or “Instagram”), X Corporation (“X”), and LinkedIn Corporation (“LinkedIn”). You (the “Participant”) understand that you are providing information to Soliant, but that the information may be accessible to and used by Facebook and/or other social media. The information you provide will be used by Soliant for Soliant’s administration of this contest and any other legal business purposes. By participating, each Participant grants Soliant permission to use his/her name, likeness, and comments and/or other data or information provided for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Any use by Facebook, Instagram, X, or LinkedIn is governed by Facebook’s, Instagram’s, X’s or LinkedIn’s contest rules posted at their respective websites.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: Soliant is accepting nominations for the most beautiful hospital in the United States. Nominations may be made here: www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/. The Deadline for nominations is 11:59:59 p.m. on June 16, 2025 (“Nomination Deadline”). No Nominations will be accepted after the Nomination Deadline. Once the deadline passes, the nominated hospitals selected will be posted www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/ on June 23, 2025, and anyone may vote for any one of the hospitals selected. The deadline for voting is 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 25, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO NOMINATE: Anyone who is at least 18 years of age or older may nominate any hospital (the “Nominated Hospital”) located in the United States as the most beautiful hospital. If a Participant has not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides, they must first obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian prior to making a nomination.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or nominate a hospital for the Contest.

5. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: The Contest is subject to and governed by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

6. EMPLOYER RESTRICTIONS: Participant is solely responsible for understanding and abiding by Participant’s employer’s policies regarding eligibility to participate in the Contest. Participant, and their nomination, may be disqualified from entering the Contest if Participant participates in violation of his or her employer’s policies.

7. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES & DISQUALIFICATION: All Participants agree that their participation is unconditional acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Contest Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). Non-compliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and all privileges as a Participant may be immediately terminated. Soliant, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) obtaining votes or winning using false, fraudulent, or deceptive means; or (iii) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.

8. RULE CHANGES AND INTERPRETATIONS: All parties agree that Soliant, in its sole discretion, may make changes to, supplement, or otherwise alter these Official Rules at any time without notice. The parties also agree that Soliant, in its sole discretion, may interpret the rules of the Contest, and such interpretation shall be binding on all participants.

9. HOW TO NOMINATE: Participants can make nominations by completing and submitting the nomination prior to the Nomination Deadline in accordance with the instructions found here: www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/rules/. Participant also acknowledges and agrees that any personal information or information related to the Nominated Hospital provided by Participant may be used by Soliant for any lawful purpose.

10. PRIZES: Prize consists only of the item(s) specifically listed in this section. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted by winner. Soliant will donate $5,000.00 to a foundation or other charitable organization approved by Soliant, in its sole discretion, that is affiliated with and/or recommended by the hospital that receives the most votes as the “Most Beautiful Hospital” during the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of hospitals nominated.

11. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Nominated Hospitals will be judged by Soliant based upon the number of votes received, and the judging panel’s subjective assessment of the aesthetic beauty of each nominated hospital. The judging panel for the Most Beautiful Hospital 2025 Contest is selected solely by Soliant and is final. The decisions of Soliant’s panel of judges are final. The prize winner will be notified in person and/or by phone and/or by email or mail or express mail, whichever is deemed appropriate by Soliant, and published on www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/. Soliant shall have no liability for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, the prize winner does not respond within ten (10) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner will forfeit its prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASES: By nominating, voting, or otherwise participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees on behalf of itself and each of its heirs, executors, and administrators: (a) to release and hold harmless Soliant, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and any other promotion social media entities and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), expense (including attorney’s fees), rights, claims, and causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (b) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; (c) that Soliant is not responsible for any late, incomplete, or incorrect entries, the Participant’s failure to receive prize notices, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed communications; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Contest itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Soliant, which are binding and final. Soliant makes no warranties and hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Contest.

13. CONTEST CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATION: Soliant reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if the Contest is not capable of being completed as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures of any kind or any other causes which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.

14. GOVERNING LAW: The Contest is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. By entering the Contest, Participant hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Georgia and waive the right to have disputes arising out of or related to the Contest adjudicated in any other forum. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved solely on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties agree that class and collective actions shall not be asserted, and will not apply in any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Contest. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Contest will be brought within one (1) year of the Nomination Deadline, or else is forfeited.

15. WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: The Nominated Hospitals will be published on the following website: www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/vote/ from June 23, 2025 until July 25, 2025, and anyone may vote for any of the Nominated Hospitals. The 20 Nominated Hospitals that garnered the most votes, and the contest winner will be published on the following website: www.soliant.com/most-beautiful-hospital-contest/ from August 1, 2025 until May 1, 2026.

To obtain the name of winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Most Beautiful Hospital 2025 Contest, c/o Soliant Health, LLC, Attn: Marketing, 9000 Southside Blvd., Bldg. 100, Suite 1200, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

All such requests must be received by August 1, 2025.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO NOMINATE A HOSPITAL, VOTE FOR A HOSPITAL, OR TO WIN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOSPITAL 2025 CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
