Responsibilities:

• Participate in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care activities, including patient assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Assist in preparing operating rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available for surgical procedures.
• Provide nursing support to surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a positive surgical experience.

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as an Operating Room Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with patients and colleagues.
