Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Illinois teaching certification in Special Education 
• Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels
• Ability to support students with multiple needs in inclusive settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in inclusive classroom settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success and inclusion
• Use data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student progress towards IEP goals
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
