ARRT Electrophysiology Lab Tech Scrub 4x10

Hartford, CT – I am looking for an EP Lab Tech who has active ARRT for one of our good clients in the Hartford area.

This position is for a tech who has at minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Electrophysiology procedures.  This position does not require any participation in the Cath Lab.  The manager prefers someone with a “pure” EP background. 

This job will require scrubbing in and assisting physicians in EP studies and device implants.  A strong knowledge of x-ray equipment is also necessary.  The ideal candidate has knowledge of ablations, including SVT, Cryos, Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Atrial Tachycardia, Ventricular Tachycardia, etc

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:

• 2 years of recent experience scrubbing EP
• Knowledge of X-Ray Equipment
• Strong understanding and experience with ablations

USEFUL KNOWLEDGE FOR POSITION

• Watchman
• Implantable Loop Recorder
• Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator
• Micra-Leadless Pacemaker
• Sub-Q ICD

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED FOR JOB:

• Afib, Aflutter, Cryos, SVT

JOB DETAILS:

• Hartford, CT
• 4x10 hour shifts.  Manager is open for 3x12s for the right candidate
• 13 Weeks Minimum.  Longer contracts up front up to 18 are acceptable

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

• ARRT.  The manager needs an ARRT for this job.  If you’re an RCES, still give me a call, I can possibly send you to a lab down the street or elsewhere in the State, if interested
• ACLS, BLS, reimbursable, call me to discuss
