 Assistant Director of Special Education in Douglas, WY

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for special education? Join our team in Douglas, WY, and play a key role in directing special services to support the success of all students. We're hiring for an Assistant Director of Special Education with a competitive weekly pay of $40/hr, plus benefits, for a full-time onsite position. Administrator Certification through PTSB is required.

- Position Type: Full-time, onsite
- Pay Rate: $40/HR
- Certification: Administrator Certification through PTSB required

Responsibilities:
- Direct special services under the direction of the Special Services Director
- Implement and maintain services and programs within established timeframes and in compliance with related requirements
- Oversee various special services programs including ELL, Title 1, after-school programs, STEM, SPED, summer school, and transitional programs
- Monitor budget allocations, expenditures, revenues, and related financial activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop intervention program materials, grant proposals, instructional outlines, learning outcome guidelines, and other related documents

Requirements:
- Administrator Certification through PTSB
- Experience in special education administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
