Endoscopy Nurse Virginia Contract

Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: 4x10s (Days, Monday-Friday)
Duration: 13-week contract

Are you an experienced Endoscopy Nurse looking for an exciting contract opportunity in Richmond, VA? We are currently seeking skilled Endoscopy Nurses for a 13-week contract position with a Monday-Friday schedule of 4x10s. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Endoscopy Nurse
• Current RN license in the state of Virginia
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• PACU experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and provide pre-operative care
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and recovery in the PACU
• Administer medications and intravenous therapy as needed
• Document procedure details accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
