Shift: Nights

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Bricktown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency medicine and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department setting.
- Assess patients' conditions and prioritize treatments based on severity.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an RN in an emergency department setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
