Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Technicians for 13-week travel contracts in Louisville, KY! As a Travel EP Tech, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab environment while exploring the vibrant city of Louisville. Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiologists and electrophysiologists during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including catheter ablations and device implants.
• Set up and operate specialized EP equipment, including mapping systems and cardiac stimulators.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with conscious sedation as needed.
• Maintain sterile fields and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Document procedures accurately and communicate findings to the medical team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as an EP Technician.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EP procedures, equipment, and terminology.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
