Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team in Madison, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a surgical setting, demonstrating proficiency in assisting surgeons during procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in the management of anesthesia during surgery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an OR RN preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
