PCU Nurse Travel Job in Louisville, Kentucky

I am working with a nursing manager in Kentucky to help hire a general PCU nurse for a 13 week contract! 

Job Description and Keys to Know:

 Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: BLS, NIH, KY License
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Yes – Med Surg or PCU units

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 23
• Patient Ratios: 3-5:1
• Equipment: BiPAP, High Flow
• EMR: Cerner

In order to qualify for this job:

• Candidates Must Have Skills/Experience: PCU experience, Cardiac gtts, telemetry
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: ACLS, BiPAP
• Type of Patients on Unit: Stepdown mix
• Best Personality Fit: Friendly, team player, responsible and accountable for their responsibilities
