Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Determine eligibility for special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate interventions and support plans
- Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
Campus: Itinerant between two campuses within walking distance (share a parking lot)
District Information:
- Small rural district
- Approximately 800 students district-wide
- Low volume of referrals throughout the year
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
