Job Title: Special Education Teacher 

We are conducting interviews for Special Education Teachers for our School District.

 Job Description: 

• Contract approximately  4/2024 - EOSY
  • ???????Will likely renew for next school year
• Hourly pay: Starting at $33 hourly and DOE???????
• Students with Autism and moderate Intellectual Disabilities 
• K through t12th grade
• 38 hours per week
• ONSITE Positions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities
• develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet students' needs
• collaborate with general education teachers and parents
• assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Other requirements: 
• Must have  Teacher Certificate with Learning Disabilities 
• May ask about their understanding/knowledge of special education as it relates to  Administrative Rules for Special Education with Related IDEA Federal Regulations
