Special Requirements:

• Missouri (MO) Special Education License

Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Our school district in Raytown, MO is hiring seven qualified SPED teachers to join our team for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various academic subjects.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the academic and social success of students with special needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals.

Requirements:

• Missouri Special Education License.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
