Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification in the state 
• Experience in special education settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for advocating and supporting the needs of students with diverse abilities.
