Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant seeking an opportunity near Saratoga, CA? Soliant is currently hiring for a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and screenings to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of students
  • Support in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings, under the supervision of a licensed professional
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills across academic and social settings
  • Monitor and document student progress, contribute to progress reports, and assist in the development of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license or registration in California
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
