Are you a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an opportunity near Saratoga, CA? Soliant is currently hiring for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills across academic and social settings
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
