Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Surgical Techs to join our team at Gulf Coast Medical Center Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, including prior travel experience. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is preferred. This position requires the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, with a focus on neurosurgery including ALIF, TLIF, OLIP, stealth navigation, and proficiency in cranial procedures. Experience with robotics, colorectal, and oncology procedures is highly desirable. 

The successful candidate will be proficient in using EMR systems, particularly Epic. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

This position involves being on-call as needed. The selected candidate must be willing to float to other sister campuses as required. Travelers are expected to be the first to float, and floating beyond a 50-mile radius from GCMC's permanent address may be necessary.

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of Surgical Tech experience
- Prior travel experience
- CST certification preferred
- Experience in neurosurgery (ALIF, TLIF, OLIP, stealth navigation, cranial)
- Experience with robotics, colorectal, and oncology procedures preferred
- Proficiency in EMR, specifically Epic
- BLS certification required
- Willingness to float and be on-call as needed
