Position: Travel Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Technician

Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Technicians for 13-week travel contracts in Henderson, NV! As a Travel Cath Lab Tech, you'll have the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge facility while exploring the vibrant city of Henderson. Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiologists and other medical professionals during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Set up and operate specialized Cath Lab equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and physiological monitoring systems.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering conscious sedation and monitoring vital signs.
• Maintain sterile fields and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Document procedures accurately and communicate findings to the medical team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as a Cath Lab Technician.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Cath Lab procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
