Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oakland, California. In this role, you will work with patients to diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping them achieve improved quality of life through targeted therapy.

Job Details:

• On site 
• Part time preferred
• Middle - Highschool caseload

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address identified needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques and strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Experience conducting IEPs within a school setting is preferred
• Experience with AAC devices
