4th Grade Elementary Teacher - Blairs, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor through Soliant Education

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team in Blairs, VA. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum objectives for elementary students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning and encourages student participation.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents/guardians to support student success and enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching license/certification in Elementary Education or eligibility for licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience teaching elementary students is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
