Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging math lessons aligned with 7th-grade curriculum standards.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student progress using various methods and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary concepts into math lessons.
• Utilize technology and real-world examples to make math concepts relatable and accessible.
• Foster a growth mindset and cultivate a love for learning in students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification for 7th-grade math.
• Previous experience teaching middle school math.
• Strong knowledge of 7th-grade math curriculum and pedagogy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for creating a positive and challenging classroom environment.
