Behavior Therapist - Belmont, CA

Job details: 1:1 with Middle School students
School Hours: 8:15 - 3:15
Hourly Pay Rate Range: $27-$30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Collect data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student success

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification Preferred
• (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state-specific requirements for school employment
