Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a talented Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with a school district in beautiful Napa County, California. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish, passionate about helping students, and looking for a fulfilling opportunity, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual speech and language therapy services to students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Prior school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
