Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Frankfort, IL, to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with special needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and maintain effective behavior management strategies.
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior support plans and data collection.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
