Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team. The selected candidate will focus on providing specialized support to students with speech needs within an inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess educational programs for early childhood students with speech-related special needs
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Conduct assessments to determine individual student needs and progress
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech-related challenges
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in both individual and group settings
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance speech and language development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Early Childhood Special Education
• Experience working with early childhood students with speech-related special needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
