Job Description: We are currently hiring Paraprofessionals for multiple contracted positions throughout the 2023-2024 school year near the Hatfield, PA area. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing crucial support to students in diverse educational settings.

- Full-Time Positions Available
Positions Available:
- Emotional Support Interventionist: Provide direct and intense support focusing on students' social-emotional learning needs. Emphasis on addressing current needs, functions, and support systems.
- Instructional Associate: Offer behavioral interventions and support instructional models in the classroom.
- Instructional Assistant: Assist the classroom teacher in instructing and supervising students.
Requirements:
- Job #1 (Emotional Support Interventionist):
- BA degree in Juvenile Justice, Social Behavior, or related field preferred. Consideration given to candidates with an associate degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Job #2 (Instructional Associate):
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. One year of experience in Human Services or Education preferred. Obtaining an 06 Substitute Teacher Permit after hire is desirable.
- Job #3 (Instructional Assistant):
- High School Diploma or GED required. An associate degree or Highly Qualified Status is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
