We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Kokomo, IN. This position involves delivering specialized speech therapy services to students in a school setting, helping to improve their communication skills and overall educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students with speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies and integration of therapy goals with educational objectives.
• Keep thorough records of student progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Indiana state SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is an advantage, though not strictly required.
