Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Royal Oak, MI
Are you a Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant is seeking an SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team. We offer a supportive environment, caseload mentorship, and access to valuable resources to help you excel in your role. You will be supporting a K-5th caseload. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP Licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A passion for helping students reach their full potential
