Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Newtown, PA, or the surrounding areas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • State certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in PA.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
