Key Responsibilities:

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication challenges and empower them to thrive in their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
