Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) - School Setting
Position: Full-time, School Year Contract
Supervision: Onsite Supervision Available
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) eager to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Look no further! We are seeking a motivated SLP-CF to join our school team for the upcoming full school year. As an SLP-CF here, you'll have the opportunity to work onsite and receive comprehensive supervision to enhance your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to students both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in classroom settings
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans
- Attend team meetings and contribute insights to support a collaborative educational environment
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for or possession of ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF) or willing to complete CF year onsite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for making a positive impact on students' communication abilities and overall well-being
