We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Montpelier. This is a full-time position with a caseload spanning elementary and middle school students. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the overall educational plan
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Vermont state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) 
• Experience in an elementary and middle school setting is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
