Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Education Teacher for a school district in Clayton, AL. This full-time position is available for the current school year and is based onsite. • Caseload: Special education students with varying needs
• License: Alabama Special Education Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide tailored instruction and support to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
• Track and document student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
• Alabama Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and patience to work with students with special needs.
• Previous experience in a special education teaching role is a plus.
