Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school district in Prince William County, VA. This full-time position is for the current school year and is based onsite. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a good fit.

Job Details:

  • Experience: Previous school-based experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting assessments and implementing therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Provide support to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist, teachers, and other professionals to offer comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Virginia SLPA License or the ability to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting students' needs.
