  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including educators, parents, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

  5. Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in speech-language pathology to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications:

  1. SLPA Certification: Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certification from an accredited program.

  2. State Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon.

  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.

  4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.

  5. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse populations and a variety of settings.
