Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position offers a valuable opportunity for a passionate SLP professional to gain hands-on experience in a school setting while working closely with experienced clinicians. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays, as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports.
- Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently holding a Clinical Fellowship (CF) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure
- Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology
