Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2023-2024 academic year. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a school setting and make a meaningful impact on the communication skills and overall development of students. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in a school environment
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' communication and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to address speech and language disorders, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
  • Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs
  • Stay up to date with current research, best practices, and professional development opportunities in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
  • Knowledge of various communication disorders and treatment approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
