Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs
  • Provide therapy services, including individual and group sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to create and implement intervention strategies
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals and objectives
  • Stay current with advances in the field of speech-language pathology and pursue professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility for or possession of a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
