Soliant is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a rewarding position near Winchester, NH. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and language difficulties
• Provide direct therapy services to clients, targeting their specific needs and goals
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' communication development and progress
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on clients' needs and progress
• Stay current with research and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
• Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Maryland
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
