Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist
Soliant is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a rewarding position near Winchester, NH. If you have a passion for helping individuals with communication disorders and making a positive impact on their lives, we want to hear from you! The caseload options are PreK-6th and PreK-2nd. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and language difficulties
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, targeting their specific needs and goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' communication development and progress
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on clients' needs and progress
- Stay current with research and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Maryland
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
