We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time contract basis in New Jersey. We have a full set of benefits, guaranteed hours, and unique compensation packages. 

Position Overview:

As a Contracted Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills of our students. This position is school-based and requires a commitment to supporting the various needs of our children. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals throughout your contract at our district. This position is full time hours, working with a caseload ranging from Early Childhood to Middle School students. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  4. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
  5. Keep up to date with new strategies and knowledge on the speech criteria. 

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  2. New Jersey state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  3. Teaching certification if applicable. 
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
