Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The SLP will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 60 students ranging from PreK to 8th grade. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social success of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
