Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an integral part of our special education department, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to students across various grade levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and integrate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Idaho State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
