Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in O'Fallon, MO

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in O'Fallon, Missouri. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. Multiple caseloads are available to suit your strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
• Provide speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy and education.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Missouri state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to improving students' communication skills and overall development.
