Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) near Grants Pass, OR

Soliant Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a contracted basis in the beautiful city of Grants Pass, Oregon. As a contracted School-Based SLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development in collaboration with educators and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify and address students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and integrated learning environment.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of education plans.
• Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
