Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual team on a contracted basis. As a Virtual Contracted SLP, you will be responsible for providing remote speech therapy services to clients while ensuring a high standard of care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to adapt to virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pass a tech screen to ensure proficiency in virtual platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

Requirements:

  • Must obtain liability insurance before starting the contracted position.
  • Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a private, secure work environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
