Soliant, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a contracted basis. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Walton, GA community, and we are looking for a skilled SLP to contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:

As a Contracted Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in our diverse patient population. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in Walton, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
  3. Provide therapy services to individuals with various communication and swallowing disorders.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Educate and involve families in the therapy process.
  7. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  2. Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: Remainder of the school year
  • Hours: Full time
